The Home Inspector
Woody Mayne, owner, is an associate member of the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors. This is the only organization of home inspectors created by an act of par lament and recognised by the Government of Ontario. The members are monitored to ensure they:
-perform according to guidelines established by the association Standards of Practice
-meet or exceed the highest qualifications for professional home inspectors in Canada
-participate in ongoing education.
Woody is a graduate, with honours, of the Carson Dunlop (an accredited engineering firm) Home Inspection Program. He has completed various Part 9 Ontario Building Code training programs with the Ontario Ministry of Housing and the Ontario Building Officials Association. He also completed the Defect Recognition and Reporting course with the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors.
Woody has extensive experience in all aspects of homebuilding and renovation.
